I am experienced working in molecular biology (microbiology) research laboratory as a postgraduate student where I studied the role of tyrosine phosphorylation on H-NS, a global regulator in S. flexneri virulence factor. In this project, I used many standard biological equipment and techniques including Centrifuges, Ultra-centrifuges, Western immunoblotting, Coomassie blue staining, ChemiDoc (visualizing protein and DNA band detection), λ-red mutagenesis, PCR machine, 2D Gel Electrophoresis, ELISA, Protein purification, etc. to support my project. In addition, GraphPad, a data analysis software was used for analyzing bacterial growth and β-galactosidase assay. I have gained lots of important features about operational knowledge of this standard equipment. Moreover, I would like to take the challenge of learning great details of the required techniques to acclimatize in this field of the research enterprise. I am a passionate learner of new things like research techniques and self-driven as well as working in a large team environment. I always enjoyed being organizational and managing time with great care. I developed great skills in writing and verbal communication throughout my study which would be very helpful in doing scientific research.
