C) 1200 Layer-2 Switches for Nationwide Layer-2 Network. 10. Meeting with Internal and Interdepartmental (If required) and Hardware/ Software Vendor (If Needed) to find out the appropriate Network Equipment and decision about Hardware and Link requirements. 11. Create Requisition For Network Equipment & Link Request to Transmission Department. 12. Collect Network Devices (Juniper, Huawei, Cisco, MikroTik, etc.) 13. Complete Logical Configuration of Network Equipment. 14. Testing and Go Live. 15. Share Information with all related departments. 17. Proper Entry into the Monitoring System. 18. Support Process: A) Receive Complaints by Online ticking system From several Departments (Helpdesk, POP-Broadband Wing NOC, Technical Account Manager Wing NOC, zones) B) Identify Problem, Diagnosis, and Find out the Solution, Coordination with Other Department if required. C) Forward TT to the Appropriate Department to Close TT.
