1. To formulate the marketing plan and coordinate and monitor its implementation to achieve the set business growth.2. To coordinate with different departments involved in launching a new product and integration of new product related activities for launching of new products as per plan.3. To prepare training manuals of new products as well as existing products and to train-up the MPOs.4. Preparing and reviewing yearly sales and promotional budget of assigned products.5. Analyzing brand and portfolio performance (monthly, quarterly and yearly), interpreting the situation and taking necessary actions accordingly.6. Designing cost effective marketing plan and promotional campaigns.7. Preparing monthly action plan in light of yearly marketing plan of assigned products.8. Developing training manuals and packaging and promotional materials.9. Project Management for launching new products (Project Proposal Formulation, Feasibility Study, Launching Action Plan and Post-Launching Surveillance).10. Conducting Monthly Regional Conference.11. Coordinating with Medical Affairs Department to conduct Seminar, Clinical Meeting.
