On a mission with the most talented people is to build a better observability platform and help companies deliver on their promise to their end-users and employees.Before Catchpoint, I spent 10+ years at DoubleClick and Google, where I launched the Quality of Services: buying, building, deploying, and using various internal and external monitoring solutions to keep an eye on the DART infrastructure delivering billions of transactions a day using thousands of servers, routers... HP Openview, BMC, Netcool, Sitescope, SMARTS, Adlex, Coradiant, Gomez & Keynote are some of the products we used. We even built our own APM in 2000 using SNMP. Thus, the drive to build a new kind of monitoring system that is focused on end-user first.I also ran the DoubleClick R&D for 3 years where we built some really innovative products, like the AdExchance, Behavioral Targeting, Malware Defense Systems…Specialties: My areas of interest are network and application diagnostics, big infrastructure scalability, network visualization, Internet security & malware detection, performance analysis, routing, DNS, Service Level Management, Digital Experience management, Leadership, Scaling organizations…I am very lucky to be surrounded by incredible people I learn from them every day!
