JOB Profile/ Responsibilities:• Coordinate with different teams of a region and cross functional teams of other regions/section to mobilize required jobs/ results at regional level• Enhance quality with ensuring Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of BTS and core sites.• Plan, develop and allocate appropriate resources to optimize productivity and ensure cost effective and quality operation and maintenance (O&M)• Reduce outrage in network through proper planning and deployment of resources and ensuring optimum output from the team by empowering and motivating•Closely work with PIP (Power Infrastructure Planning) team for power infra related upgradation by existing resources mobilization, repairing and taking warranty support as like BTS Battery, Rectifier, AG and Solar to the priority sites as well as fault analysis and optimization plan of this resources and Take approval from respective ATM.•Monitoring and Provide Service System Interruption Report to the Customer with RCA, Action Plan and Learning from the incident weekly basis.•Plan and taking effective measures to avoid recurrent sites down, worse sites down for 2G,3G,4G and DG sites down individually as well as provide the requirements to mitigate the outage within KPI.•Provide weekly report for Daily Activity Report, Weekly RMS Report (Target vs Completion), Refueling status (Current), Resource Utilization Status (Man Power, Vehicle, Office, PG-GP & Umbrella), PG Run report, Network incident reports (Attachment at Main file), Theft report, Safety ensuring Status. Spare Status-Active Operation, SRMS ticket in details with proper documents. Also share the challenges and requirements to run the O&M smoothly.•Ensure that all activities within the region comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Make schedule for preventive maintenance as per EM requirements.•Monitoring and focus at cost effected area like DG high RH and fuel consumption, DG spares replacement approval and work withvendor for disputes and take action to control it Immediately. •Checking Daily PG run report provided by vendor, provide feedback to the concern for discrepancy and after settlement input in IMS daily basis.•Checking daily fuel delivery report provided by vendor, input in IMS and prepared zonal fuel bill and submit to the concern in due time.•Zonal E-Bill invoice collection and work with regional REB/PDB concern for any kind of disputes by making written documents.•Making monthly electric payment request in IMS and provide to the concern in due time. Submit all the e-bill papers to the concern for acknowledgement after deposited the payment by finance through EFTN.•Supports end-end support, coordination and control of assigned Trouble Tickets to the internal and external team.•Feedback provide Resolution code update status in OSS daily basis, provide failed fault SLA_ Exclusion feedback by mail to the concern (Service Assurance) weekly basis, provide disputes of 3G,2G event report by mail to the concern (Service Assurance) monthly basis.•Resolve Task & CMS TT both in problem location and terminal• Provide high quality documentation of network failures and maintenance→ activity. Prepare written reports of symptoms, actions, timelines, root cause, customer impact and final solution. Gather information from persons involved in the activity.
