Key roles & responsibilities:Lead, improve and deliver the expert marketing capability of the MEPITEL(Middle East, Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, Egypt & Libya) marketing team.•Engage with the consumer marketing team to prepare brand marketing strategy especially for brands that are affected by the changing regulatory environment.•Prepare expert marketing strategies for relevant brands including Pyramid of influence, budgets and activation plans in line with Future Team/ category strategies.•Develop all expert marketing material for improved effectiveness and speed to market. •Identify and select the highest quality medical marketing agency(s) to help prepare the campaigns.•Guide Medical Detailing Manager and help train Medical Detailing team to effectively implement agreed expert marketing activities•Enable successful registration of NPDs through effective and timely stakeholder management, including government departments and ministries as required•Identify, recruit and manage KOLs for relevant brands including local and international KOLs, in line with Future Team/ category strategies.

Roles & responsibilities:•Implementation of agreed strategies and action plans as per the company brand vision. •Short term and long-term brand planning and forecasting.•Brand life cycle management (Line expansions).•Preparation of brand campaigns and Promotional tools.•Control of brands’ A&P budgets against the set action plans.•Increasing the product/competition/market knowledge through conduction of trainings for the field force.•Conducting events to support the field force (group meetings, discussions, symposia.etc).•Identifying market opportunities and issues through regular follow up and market trend analysis.•Regular updates to the field force regarding product and market performance.•Monitoring customers’ attitudes towards products usage and Rx analysis.
