Responsible for practice and portfolio operations in Federal Services Division, including profit and loss, strategic planning, and productivity. Leads plans for establishing and utilizing disciplines and standard methodologies for costing, portfolio and practice management, as well as business development, capture, and technical delivery. Provides leadership in leveraging the full breadth of the corporation's capabilities and expertise in to identify, develop and enable strategic partnerships focused on delivering complex client solutions.Leads internal initiatives and activities related to performance of Federal Services Division in areas of financial and delivery health. Promotes best practices and consistent project “language” and has developed and implemented review/briefing dashboards and tools that present meaningful information from various internal sources such as Workday, Adaptive, Costpoint and other data systems.
