•Input into the key strategies to win SSGC tenders in conjunction with key managers.•Coordinating the preparation of tender proposals in compliance with SSGC’s tenderrequirements and follow-up on the same.•Working in close liaison with bidding team in preparing quotations and proposals in order to winSSGC tenders.•Evaluating technical aspects of the floated tenders to determine cost effective solutions.•Supporting proposal reviews with senior management complete in all respects against theinquiry including technical compliance.•Following up the progress of closed deals, analyzing the reasons of losing tenders and preparinganalysis reports.•Overseeing the necessary documentation complete in all aspects.

Handling Pipeline Projects:• Accomplishing Polyethylene (PE) and Steel pipeline projects in co-ordination with contractors as per job card technical drawings, ensuring the implementation of SOPs, fulfilling HSE requirements and meeting all quality standards including B31.8, API 1104 and API 571.•Testing newly laid lines for pressure leakages and inspecting all weld joints to ensure network integrity before commissioning.•Preparing as-built drawings to update on the company's GIS software.

•Managing multiple fitting and welding teams to address overhead and underground gas leak complaints reported by customers and getting them rectified in time through, as Distribution System Maintenance executive.•Conducting pressure surveys and implementing viable solutions for adequate pressure regulation ranging 2 Psi - 20 Psi.•Conducting downstream leak surveys and ensuring timely rectification to minimize gas losses.

•Ensuring smooth operation and timely maintenance (planned & preventive) of Waukesha, CAT & Dresser Rand gas generators ranging 360 KW - 1000KW capacity. •Troubleshooting and prompt consultation with authorized local distributors for corrective maintenance in case of sudden breakdowns to ensure rectification of fault with minimum downtime to ensure MTBF is low. •Maintain in-house inventory record to ensure the acquisition of critical inventory items in time. •Timely procurement of capital and revenue items including generator spares and workshop tools with revised technical specifications to ensure acquisition of latest technologies. •Making technical specifications for items to procure and carrying out technical evaluation of bids received for tendered items. •Conducting stores visits for material inspection. Specific tasks include:1.Developing in-house maintenance schedules, as per OEM recommendations, for all generators after studying OEM maintenance manuals to gain in depth understanding of optimum maintenance requirements and standard practices.2.Developing in-house capacity for oil and coolant testing.

•Planning, execution, controlling and monitoring the domestic gas meter (G-4) assembly line to meet daily production target of 900 meters by building team spirit and discipline among the employees. •Co-ordination with quality control section to resolve quality flaws and minimize rework in order to keep rework below 5%. •Carrying out RCA to trace recurring faults at times. Prompt consultation with the maintenance team at times of machine breakdown to keep the MTBF low.•Implementation of 5S and Kaizen on the floor.•Keeping close co-ordination with stores to ensure availability of inventory items.•Additional responsibilities included: 1. HSE Inspector - Ensuring compliance of ISO 45001 standards by carrying out daily safety walk to inspect and identify the hazards in the facility and proper use of PPEs.2. Member QMS Team - Maintaining and implementing Quality Management System for fulfilling ISO 9001: 2015 requirements. 3. Conducting 5S and internal quality audits and generating reports. 4.Compiling monthly Operational Costs and Cost of Quality reports.
