Develop assembly processes and techniques to transform R&D proto type LED arrays in tovolume manufacturable products.Instigating and managing product DFMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) meetings.Managing in house R&D proto type builds.Organising sub contractor pre production qualification builds to insure they hit expectedbuild yield expectations, cost models and performance criteria.Complete FMEA, Poka Yoke and SPC analysis.Implement 5S's, Kaizen and lean manufacturing techniques where possible.

Learn and train in multiple disciplines, weighted primarily in Mechanical Engineering.Year 1 - Sheet metal work, bench work, turning, milling and grinding.
