After that, I led large scale global transformation programs, where I collected a lot of experience in sourcing and global outsourcing of IT-services and IT-infrastructure. Joining ServiceNow was the logical next step as I wanted to share (and further grow) my experience with other customers and in other industries. Consulting for them and leading them to success is an optimal match with my multiplier mindset and leading my distributed team to excellence is an everyday pleasure.
