 I was a part of multiple project which include 2 implementation, 1 Roll Out and 2 support cum enhancement project where I single handle work on all phase of the project. I have also managed one of the project where we have supported 8 SAP module from onshore and offshore. Maintain the SLA for all the modules along with assigning the work to the concern team member and keep a track of all the development and issue. Worked on SD and FSCM – Credit Management configuration. Given training to client and performed Unit testing. Integration testing and helped client to perform UAT. Being a part of cut-over activity and given support in hyper care phase. Suggested and implemented to improvement the SAP system and help client to reduce the master data. Done the basic ABAP debugging to resolve the PRD issues.

 Worked on FS to create a transaction to update the plant in CMIR which was coming from SAS application. Worked on test cases and prepared documentation for the same. Created and tested a transaction to update the plant in material master which was coming from SAS application.

 Worked in 1 roll out and 1 support project where I have done the basic configuration and Conducted Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Supported in hyper care phase. I have also providing Support to Business users while adhering to SLAs and KPIs. Implemented the automation tools such as IBM Watson and BluePrism to reduce the issue resolution time and redundant tasks. Given training to the subordinates and end users. Worked on integration issues between SAP and third-party application (POD) used to book the sales order.

Internship at HAL was more like an industrial training. I did my internship at HAL Aircraft Division. The exposure to manufacturing and overhauling processes is vast, and learnt about collaboration of various department.
