As head of the Back Office department I manage a team of six people.• Responsible for the correct handling of all the international payments from our customers• Responsible for the banks liquidity management. 100 Nostro accounts in 35 different currencies• Responsible for the correct handling of all treasury deals done by our Treasury department• Responsible for Compliance / FEC controls. Post and pre-transaction monitoring• Major contribution in the process of automating our core computer systems. Setting up an Electronic Banking System - Straight through processing of payments - Start dealing FX deals through the CLS system – Automating the Standard Bank Confirmations process - Connection to payment systems EBA, TARGETII and SEPA• Preparation of reports and discuss with management• Responsible for the correct processing of standard bank confirmations• Performance management. Planning, Coaching and assessment interviews• Support Sales and account managers with questions of our customers• Interviewing new candidates• Writing and reviewing of procedures and work instructions
