Define appropriate response, including emergency corrections. Installation of wireless routers and setup the complete wireless environment to the clients. Troubleshoot a wide range of technical support issues and connectivity problems such as authentication, connection speed, connection quality, throughput, e-mail configuration, and loss of synchronization. Trained internal sales and sales support on suite of integration products, and served as liaison between customers and product development.
