I oversaw a group of four members responsible for data cleaning, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the dataset. I then developed a predictive model that leveraged demographic data to forecast student performance. The model was trained using a state-of-the-art LightGBM algorithm that achieved high accuracy due to the meticulously prepared data. In addition, I designed a user-friendly UI to enable easy creation and customization of machine learning inputs. I utilized Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React to create the UI, ensuring seamless functionality and a pleasant user experience. I am proud of this project's outcome and believe it highlights my technical and leadership abilities.

This fostered trust and engagement with the program, ultimately leading to improved retention rates.Additionally, as part of my role, I managed day-to-day center operations and provided multi-level math tutoring. Through my efforts, I was able to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that empowered students to excel in mathematics.
