GO KART Project• Monitoring and guiding of Project in-charge for proper implementation of works and performing regular project visit to ensure excellent quality of work, on time handover within limited budget.• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.• Preparation of comparative statement of different works based on quality and competitive price.• Review the work progress on daily basis and prepare weekly, monthly Report by Primavera P6.• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.• Selection and listing of contractors for work in consultation with Procurement Department.• Provide technical advice regarding design construction or program modification.• Develop plan for procurement of construction material, equipment, heavy machinery and oversee the availability of materials.• Certify bills of contractors for work done.

• Overall in-charge in supervision construction work of Unity Complex Project, land area 5,76,000 sft (Fair face Building) of United Group.• Proven track record in directing and managing fast track project teams including problem solving, risk management, change order management, Health and Safety. • Define Fast Track works scope and techniques to achieve the project deliverables • Meet the financial objects of the projects and manage the budgets. • Proven ability to manage multiple contractors in parallel • Monitor and report progress on all projects to higher management by Primavera P6• Works with the Planner to define achievable, fast track deliverables and confirm the critical path items. • Work closely and effectively with the Planning Department and other divisions to ensure that developed master plans that are technically feasible. • Ensure that designs are completed according to time and budget. • Communicate design modifications and implementation of clients’ requests.
