 Carry out a LEED certification pre-rating for project buildings to ensure compliance with the requirements and credits as per the LEED rating. And develop the feasibility report Conduct and supervise an energy modeling for LEED projects to ensure compliance with LEED rating system Coordination with design and construction teams to demonstrate the LEED certification requirements under different types of rating systems (New Construction, Existing Building: Operation and Maintenance, Healthcare, Hospitality, Data Center, Commercial Interior, etc.) Registering the LEED candidate projects in the GBCI for LEED certification and supervise the other design and construction teams Continuous follow up and monitoring with the design team through conducting workshops and training sessions. Assist clients in preparing the construction tendering documents from the LEED certification perspective. Assist contractors in creating and implementing the required plans such as (ESC plan, IAQ plan, CWM plan, etc) Assist clients in finding and selection of green materials locally or regionally required by LEED certification credits. Fill and revise the LEED online template submittals. Follow up with USGBC/IGBC in the preliminary and final LEED review for the registered projects. Checking CIR (Credit Interpretation Ruling) Inspecting sustainable construction measures and the IAQ approach at the site Making monthly project update reports to track the LEED Progress Uploading documents to USGBC/IGBC (LEED online submittals) Liaison with USGBC representing the project team regarding any issues or requests.
