Directly supports positions and project team vacancies that are important but do not require a full-time internal position. - Incident Management – Developed an Incident management process, ensuring all incoming incidents were correctly prioritized, assigned, escalated if required, resolved, and documented. Followed Critical Incident Management process quickly organizing and engaging cross functional teams to speed the restoration of services.- Knowledge Management – Developed a Confluence Knowledge base and Batch Job Runbook Template. CARS provided reporting options designed to help various types of users, from employees, managers, data analysts, and senior executives. - Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity - Integrated Corporate Systems into Corporate DR/ Business Continuity Framework. Setup contract with Sungard Availability Services for the Glendale Sites, successfully tested Bechtel Business Services ability to relocated to Sungards Scottsdale location, establish connectivity, and process critical business processes. - ISMS - Provided oversight of the Glendale Information Security Management System (ISMS), including the Statement of Control Applicability, Bechtel Information Risk Assessment(BIRAS), Internal and External ISO 27001 audits, and PWC Audits- Case Management - Project Champion for the BBS Case Management project.
