I was part of a 3 man team rolling out a Planned Giving Capacity building grant awarded to 10 different nonprofits that work closely with the Community First Foundation. Helped the Executive Director and the Board begin to re-position themselves for Inter-Faith. Introduce IFCS to their current communications director and began reaching out to current donors to provide background on their good donors. Developed an all-staff development training during their retreat. My last task was to do an executive search for the permanent Director of Development and helped hire a perfect match for their needs.

Did and assessment of the condition of the Development Department and helped make recommendations to turn the development effort around. As a volunteer leader with my expertise in planned giving, I took a supporting organization that was created as a pass through for Mile Hi Church's non-cash assets and built the Foundation with great volunteer support to be a significant part of Mile Hi Church's long term financial support.
