With more than 30 years working in the natural resources field, I am a naturalist with a broad background of work experience in environmental field techniques, data management, and working with the public. Field experience includes vegetation surveys, topographic surveys, plant propagation from seed, and electrofishing. Data management experience includes data collecting, processing and analysis, as well as report writing. Working with the public was a large component to my work with the Resource Conservation Districts and is also a primary focus for my position with the East Bay Regional Park District - I am passionate about improving the park user experience which includes maintaining clean, trash free parks and protecting the natural resource.
