I manage critical aspects of company operations, including estimating, project and asset management, HR, and legal & risk oversight. Additionally, I facilitate communication between operations and accounting while handling general business matters, while excelling in leadership and strategic decision-making. Under my supervision, the team has grown from four to twelve members, including key roles such as Chief Estimator, Project Managers, and Division Managers.

I managed all aspects of estimating, change orders, submittals, invoicing, and customer relationships, while overseeing project paperwork and reporting. I also supported human resources, accounting functions, and general business matters. Additionally, I led software implementations including Agtek 4D, HCSS HeavyBid, HCSS Heavy Job, and Viewpoint by Vista. I supervised a team that grew from one Assistant Estimator to a Chief Estimator, two Project Managers, and one Project Engineer.

I oversaw all aspects of estimating, change orders, submittals, invoicing, customer relationships, project paperwork, and reporting. I began with no direct reports and concluded with one Assistant Estimator under my supervision.
