As a recent graduate from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, I am passionate about leveraging data to solve complex problems and drive impactful decision-making. My academic journey, enriched with a concentration in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, has equipped me with a strong foundation in analytical thinking and a deep understanding of the economic, social, and political factors that shape our world.During my time at UAB, I excelled in courses such as Environmental Economics, Sports Economics, and Business Statistics, where I applied my skills in data analysis and visualization to explore real-world challenges. My hands-on experience using tools like Stata and R has enabled me to dissect data sets, identify trends, and present actionable insights that contribute to more informed and effective solutions.Beyond the classroom, my leadership roles within the UAB Honors College and the Collat School of Business have honed my ability to connect with others, foster collaboration, and drive engagement. As a Business Student Leader, I successfully enhanced student recruitment and retention, while my role as a SMART Leader allowed me to guide and mentor freshman students, helping them navigate the transition to college life.My outgoing nature has always been a key asset, whether leading a team of volunteers at the UAB Sustainability Solar House or training baristas as a Shift Lead at Honest Coffee Roasters.
