  • Responsible for Key Account Management of Tier 1 Customers. Operate as the lead customer point of contact for assigned accounts. Guide internal and external customers through the New Customer Onboarding process. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Ensure that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner; inform senior management of any problems that may arise. Plan and schedule Customer Training for internally developed tools. • Review all deliverables to ensure contractual obligations, quality standards, and customer expectations are met. Coordinate account details between internal departments such as Sales, Order Management, Program Management, and Operations. Forecast and track key account metrics. Monitor Work in Progress for key accounts to assist Operations in meeting customer SLAs.• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Develop and host Customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
