As the IT project manager for Integrated Security Systems, the overarching goal is to help the clients in the Physical Security Systems Division and Information Security departments fulfill their IT and physical security requirements by effectively directing, coordinating, and maintaining the development, implementation, and application of all project activities. This includes ensuring the preventative maintenance, system monitoring, corrective maintenance and installation procedures are documented and thorough. In addition, ensuring these activities are completed effectively and accurately to ensure all devices and systems operate in accordance with design. Swiftly assigning resources to resolve any issue the team may have found while conducting any kind of maintenance. Providing detailed reporting on all project activities to clients using the best means of communication for the task. Providing recommendations and implementation solutions for systems, procedures, or necessary training. Leading the team by providing training and encouraging continuous improvement both personally and as a team.
