Independently managing the day-to-day operations of a highly functioning division of clinical trials. interacting with participating sites in the management of training, budget, invoicing, reporting to investigators, departmental administrator, and funding agencies. Develop protocol budgets and manage the same; participates in the design and implementation of project protocols and oversee the execution of each; responsible for the timely execution of study protocols.

• Translating medical coding to match patient payments.• Collaborate with patients, third party institutions, or team members to resolve billing inconsistencies. • Receive and review charge documents for accuracy and enter charges into practice management systems.• Build cosmetic quotes for patients requesting surgeries and procedures.• Input payment history, upcoming payments, or other financial data into individual accounts. • Finding financial solutions for patients who may need it.

• Perform duties such as answering phones, maintaining records and accounts, informing patients of surgical cost• Collect all fees for surgical procedures​• Schedule surgery for patients, as well as necessary follow up visits• Answering any of the patient’s questions regarding surgery, such as, how long the procedure will take, the doctor’s orders prior to surgery date, recovery time, etc.• Check patients insurance benefits as well as get prior authorizations if needed
