Providing Security Cooperation and Foreign Military Sales advice.

U.S. European Command's legal advisor for the only security cooperation office accredited to three missions: Belgium, Luxembourg and the European Union. Primary responsibility involves actively monitoring and advising on implications of European Union law and policy development. Works with a variety of actors including multiple country teams, defense industry and sympathetic nations to monitor developments. Routinely interacts across the U.S. interagency including Defense, State, Commerce, Justice, Homeland Security, and Federal Aviation Administration to help develop U.S. policy regarding these issues. Actively engages with EU Military Committee, European Defense Agency and Member State military staffs to advocate for U.S. interests. Current focus areas include implications of privacy law (including General Data Protection Regulation), environmental regulations, and proposed defense procurement restrictions. Secondary responsibilities include drafting, negotiating and interpreting international legal agreements in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to Belgium, Luxembourg, NATO, the European Defense Agency, and the Organisation Conjointe de Coopération en Matière d'Armement (OCCAR).

Assigned to litigate major, high visibility bid protest litigation before GAO and support Department of Justice at the Court of Federal Claims and Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Oversight of government contract claims litigation brought against the Air Force at the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and supported Department of Justice at the Court of Federal Claims and Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit

Led team of 4 attorneys and 3 paralegals in criminal prosecution and administrative civil law issues supporting Hanscom AFB.

Responsible for defense of all Air Force bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and Court of Federal Claims. Served as lead counsel and management of bid protest docket.

Defense of bid protests at GAO and COFC and contract disputes/claims at the ASBCA and COFC.
