Developed and implemented letters to inform 3 million mortgage customers facing foreclosure of the HAMP mortgage loan modification program followed by calls from vendors designed to get the customers to apply. As a result, 1.5 million mortgage customers avoided foreclosure through this program.▪ Directed team of 100 across internal and external outsourced resources in India assembled to manage the mortgage breach letter program. Highly regulated function with involvement from key OCC, audit and legal constituencies.
