Responsible for all processing payroll on a weekly basis while providing support to management and HR department in resolving Human Resources issues. Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures. Coordinate and assist managers with the hiring processes. Conduct drug screens, reference checks, and background verification. Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws while staying in compliance with the company policies. Assisted with payroll-related issues, schedules, held training as needed, and monitor employee PTO's/Sick time requests. Compiled weekly labor reports for labor meetings and sent out weekly reminders to department leaders for missed punches or missed breaks. Conducted monthly bank audits, prepared daily cash deposits, prepared change orders, and tracked Cash Over and Short Discrepancies.
