Partner Manager - Global Business Development
Current• Managing a portfolio of global partners in various industries to:- Ensure they are aligned with Esri’s objectives & business strategies- Help them keep up with updates in our technology, products, pricing, opportunities & communication.- Enable them to maximize their ROI in Esri technology.- Increase GIS awareness and Esri’s market share around the world.- Increase revenue from these global partnerships through sell-to or sell-thru models (Reseller & Referral programs, etc.) - Track and report on partner performance against KPIs, assess partners for awards & ‘Specialist’ designations.- Drive sales & business development through the Partner channel.• Work across various teams – Operations, Business Sectors, Digital Sales, Professional Services, Events, Communications & Marketing – to deliver a seamless experience for partners in their dealings with Esri.• Recruit staff for the global partner team - along with their training and induction. - Collaborate with HR’s Training team on the new-hire training, induction & bootcamp content & delivery.
