Project Administrator
Current position supports multiple construction projects with over $100 Million in annual revenue. Duties include review and processing of all project submittals, requests for information and architectural correspondence. I initiate, compile and produce all owner potential change orders and am responsible for all subcontracts coordination/liaison. I provide complete project administrative/training support including contract balancing, vendor/subcontractor waivers, warranty, and project closeout documentation, including operations/maintenance manuals. I support all onsite construction meetings, conduct weekly reviews, publish correspondence and submit required reports concerning all project related expenses. I am directly responsible for the certified payroll documentation and the recording, maintenance, filing and archiving of all related documentation of multiple ongoing projects. I additionally provide support in the collection and dissemination of all preliminary notices, bond requirements, drawings and architectural information for individual project leads as well as maintain the project construction plan log.
Contracts Administrator
Position required a diverse set of skills and entailed managing all aspects of construction contracts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cost accounting for over $50 Million in annual projects. Served as the director of divisional human resources programs and supervised 3 office personnel. Generated owner and subcontractor documentation in support of pre-lien and bond requirements processing. Through direct liaison between Owners, subcontractors and vendors, coordinated day to day operations and scheduling for internal management personnel for all golf operations. Provided travel coordination and processing for all division personnel. Exceptional performance noted by early promotion to Office Manager within 6 months of initial hire as Administrative Assistant.
