Mechanical Engineer for the Firetail Ore Processing Facility at the Fortescue Metals Group Solomon Hub.Operations and maintenance mechanical engineering for all major equipment including primary, secondary and tertiary crushing, stackers, reclaimers, train loadout and conveyors.

Field Service Engineering for the Australasia Region. Aftermarket services including maintenance and repair, root cause analysis, installation and commissioning of a wide variety of pump makes and types across the mining, minerals processing and oil and gas sectors. This includes specific experience in Sea Water Desalination, Nickel Refining, Titanium Dioxide, Diesel Fuel Systems, Off-shore applications and others.Experience with large rotating equipment including multistage pump overhauls and failure root cause analysis.

This included all vendor data compilation and management of thebid evaluation process.• Design of the water systems including mine dewatering, process, potable andwastewater systems.• Analysis and engineering to deal with various surface water problems.• Development of the Screening, Conveyors and Stockyard Facility Work-Packs, andsignificant involvement in others including Primary, Secondary & Tertiary Crushing.• Lead, coordinated and implemented the risk assessment strategies and procedures forthe project.• Development and review of the option studies to develop the preferred engineeringcase. This work effectively defined the final engineering proposal.

SinoSteel Midwest Corporation Weld Range Iron Ore Project• Compiled the Piping Specification Document• Engineering and design for various services and utilities including all water relatedequipment and systems.
