- Drove launch of Citi Wallet, a proprietary digital wallet in partnership with MasterCard, that includes development of creative strategy, integrated digital marketing plan, and KPIs.- Business development and marketing with top online retailers to create promotions that drive increased usage of Citi card in eCommerce space.- Managed marketing (email, onsite, mail, social) and UX optimization initiatives to drive customer engagement with Citi digital account management tools, i.e. Account Online, Citi Mobile & Tablet Apps. - Oversaw team marketing budget in excess of $500K per quarter and compliance procedures to help successfully bring initiatives to market.
