Lead the creative arts process, providing oversight to produce and integrate creative media elements into 7 customer facing departments across 2 campuses. Managed a team of six in roles that included: Graphic Design, Web Design, App Design, Video Development, Live-Show Production, Environmental Design, Social Media, and Event Planning. HighlightsAs Brand Manager, my team developed and launched three web-based portals which allowed audiences to attend weekly events remotely during the Global Pandemic. Each portal targeted a specific age demographic ranging from kids, to senior adults. The result of this initiative was weekly donations increasing by 20% from March to August 2020. As Digital Asset Manager, we developed, designed, and launched the organization's mobile application. Responsibilities included: managing relationships with third-party developers to create frameworks. Oversee front-end design atheistic with focus on UX/UI. The app resulted in converting 80% of audience donations from traditional analog to full digital giving. As Event Planner, my team organized and facilitated a large-scale community festival. Responsibilities included: theme development, organization of volunteers, securing vendor contracts, working with city inspectors to permit amusement rides, coordinating with local authorities to maintain traffic flow in the area, developing ad campaigns, and securing food vendors. 5,000+ people attended this free event providing families a place to celebrate the Holiday season.As Head of Social Media, we managed four social media accounts including: strategy development, content creation, analyze insights, manage paid ad campaigns, and identify effective social tools. Platforms included: Facebook, Instagram, and Tik-Tok with roughly 7,000 total followers across all three platforms. We maintained a 18.3% engagement rate which far exceeded the industry average.
