As HR EXECUTIVE, my primary responsibility will be the placement of IPCS students, promotion of the Job Street employment site and promotion of corporate training sessions. My work focuses on establishing tie-ups and preparing MOUs with new or existing clients for student placements.

As a business development executive, I was responsible for finding clients and encouraging existing clients to purchase a product. And I had also gained some knowledge in the field of Sales, Communication, Negotiation, Marketing, Data analysis and Management.

Learned various methods of accounting process of an origination, and gained more practical knowledge as well as get to know about the Business dealing of a company, Financial position of a company and Production process of a company.
