As the Principal TPM for Azure Sphere silicon enablement, I drove the planning and execution of all engineering enablement workstreams required to design and produce an Azure Sphere-certified chip with NXP. In addition to managing the silicon enablement projects, I defined the decision process for how Azure Sphere will identify future silicon partners that are strategically aligned with our business and the creation of partner programs to support those new partners.

As the lead PM for the Silicon Ecosystem Team, Azure Edge Devices team, I led a team of diverse PMs with a goal of framing and driving engagement strategy with semiconductor partners in support of the Azure Internet of Things (IoT) platform. I managed engagements with key silicon partners like NXP, ST Micro, Qualcomm, Intel, and others.

As the Windows Security Ecosystem PM, I spearheaded the adoption of Windows security features among Platform, IHV, and OEM partners. One of my key achievements was developing and launching the Secured-core PC program in 2019, which garnered significant success with five OEMs and nine devices. Through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships, I expanded the program to over eight OEMs and more than 1.5 million devices, solidifying my reputation as a results-driven professional in driving security initiatives.

As a PM Lead in the Windows & Devices Group, I successfully managed a team to drive adoption of both fundamental and new Windows features for the PC and PC accessory ecosystem. Through active engagement with partners, my team significantly expanded the Windows ecosystem by enable partner adoption of key features, such as Windows Ink, Windows Hello, and Cortana.

As the PM lead on the Windows PC Planning and Ecosystem (PCE) team, I established and cultivated collaboration engagements with partners to enable foundational and innovative Windows features across a highly matrixed hardware ecosystem. My team led technical evangelism efforts and managed various Windows 7 and 8 technology areas, including Ethernet, Wireless, Mobile Broadband, USB, Thunderbolt, Camera, Audio, Video, Media consumption, and Client Storage.

As a PM on the Windows Networking Engineering team, I led cross-functional teams to deliver core Windows 7 features and user experiences for connecting to Wi-Fi hotspots. Successfully managed the IGD/Router Logo program for Windows 7 by driving adoption of various networking technologies such as Windows Connect Now (WCN) and Link Layer Topology Discovery (LLTD) protocols across multiple router device partners.

Successfully expanded strategic partnerships and collaborated with product managers to ensure product strategy alignment with market analysis data. Demonstrated ability to articulate product capabilities and maintain core messaging across localized regions. Proficient in developing North American sales and marketing programs to increase brand and channel awareness.
