Joey L is a pragmatist - practical, yet creative. She holds a BA in Communication (Professional Communication) and is based in Singapore. With a total of 15 years of working experience, and 3 being a Marketing Executive/Intern in a experiential brands agency, her background in marketing, copywriting, visual design and account management shows her mindful but creative and competitive approach.She spent her younger years working at McDonald's from age 14, then moved on to garner retail and F&B experiences at Llaollao, Garrett Popcorn and H&M while being a polytechnic student. Taking a few gap years to acquire soft skills, she went on to work as Project Executive with Musical Theatre Limited, a non-profit organization, while doing adhoc event work after attaining her Diploma. In 2017, she explored becoming a veterinary nurse and an assistant pet groomer before furthering her education and going back to the events industry.​Fueled by passion, she strives to provide memorable brand experiences through unorthodox concepts. Inspired by the enthusiasm of colleagues and clients, she is eager to build on her foundations by keeping tabs on the latest marketing strategies.
