The Norwalk Online Trading Academy serves as a franchised location for an international academy aimed at providing asset management classes, including stocks, foreign currency, options and futures. The Event Coordinator handles the logistics and pre-event planning for prospective students and negotiates contracts with facilities throughout CT to host sales and educational events. Administrative responsibilities include managing the records and payments of all students through Salesforce and Arrow Payments, maintaining appropriate coursework supplies and monitoring student progress. Also responsible for coordinating travel for instructors traveling domestically and internationally as well as managing the calendars of sales personnel and visiting instructors.

Provided administrative support for the Marketing & Communications Director at a social services agency with over 150 employees and ten locations that has served greater Hartford for 48 years. Educated the community on family and individual programs as a liaison between the Bridge and residents, educators, town officials, businesses and local media outlets. Organized public relations and fundraising events, managed guest lists for events and ensured timely and appropriate correspondence completed pre and post events. Utilized Auction Maestro Pro software to manage auction items and guest records. Worked with Development Director to maintain and grow guest and donor lists.Served as first point of contact for families seeking counseling by providing information about the Bridge and guidance on the processes involved with receiving counseling.
