In this position I am responsible for both online and offline market presence, focusing on both the overall strategy of the company as well as the day to day marketing activities. From attending trade shows and exhibitions to producing a 500 page annual catalogue, my role is varied and ever evolving.Since taking on this role, Breckland Scientific has seen strong year on year growth. We believe internal efficiencies are key and for this reason we have implemented a bespoke product management system that integrates our numerous channels to market. I worked closely with the developer to ensure the cloud based system perfectly fit our needs. I took responsibility for ensuring that the resulting major internal process change was fully understood, it was therefore accepted and even relished by staff members. Using this system, all customer feedback can be used to improve efficiency and ultimately profitability.In early 2016 I oversaw a full rebrand, this involved close collaboration with colleagues to ensure there was no resistance to the inevitable change.More recently I have taken on internal responsibility for Heath and Safety, organising training programmes and online courses for staff.
