Current• I deal with recovering abandoned/broken-down or accident damaged vehicles from the managed motorway network across the UK. • One of my roles is Deputy Team Leader my main duties include: time and people management, managing G.O.S, supporting the Operations Manager, managing resources and supporting other departments within FMG. • I am trusted to carrying out a monthly project studying the volume of tariff change requests from suppliers. I collate study and present this data to my team leader and operations manager. • I am first point of contact for the customer; to discuss charges for recovery and other customer queries. • I carry out call audits on my own calls and my colleagues. • Point of contact for the suppliers that work on the Highways contract with FMG.• Point of contact for the invoicing and storage teams at FMG. • Member of the resilience Police team, working with North Wales, Norfolk, Cumbria and Lancashire Police Forces. • Police team recovers vehicles that have police interest from the specified force areas.
