Current• Market Strategic Planning: Develop and execute market strategies with Sales support, enhancing brand presence across diverse regions including China, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, India, and Taiwan.• APAC Business Development: Streamline discussions and support distribution networks to emphasize cohesive operations and drive growth.• Marketing Material Creation: Design and produce technical marketing materials for tradeshows (posters, flyers, etc.), and develop comprehensive launch kits including presentations, technical data sheets (TDS), and product passports.• Product Launches: Successfully launch 1-3 new ingredients per year, including creating marketing materials, toxicology sheets, and conducting sales training.• Trend Analysis: Conduct annual trend alerts, analyzed global market movements, and aligned technology offerings with brand-friendly themes.• Webinars: Organize and present two webinars per year on popular industry themes, connecting technology offerings with market trends.• Comparative & Critical Materials: Identify comparative materials and project critical tests for R&D projects, ensuring thorough evaluation, relevant data call-outs and documentation.• Prototype Kit Life Cycle: Manage finished product kit launches from concept to execution by working with cross-functional teams for formulation development to packaging, decoration, and distribution of launch materials.• Scientific Publications: Author scientific articles for publication and presented technical findings at industry events including In-Cosmetics Global.• Brand Support & Innovation: Ideation support for key brand customers and market-specific needs.• R&D Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D and formulation chemists, offering strategic feedback and guidance based on market interest and trends
