About Meg Webster

I like making workplaces healthier. I believe people are happier and do their best work when they feel safe—physically, psychologically, and emotionally.I meet organizations where they are at. I listen to everyone, from employees to executives, to understand their pain points, and then I jump into the deep end (with my floaties) to innovate, design, play, and craft. I notice gaps and where problems are living, come up with solutions, and get people on board along the way. I create workplaces that make us more human. My people-first leadership style and emotional intelligence bring connection, transparency, and joy to the forefront of my work.
