Year Here is an intensive social innovation leadership programme rooted in human-centred service design. The postgraduate course was designed to cultivate innovative approaches to entrenched social problems. It was immersive, action-orientated and grounded in the daily experience of those at the brunt of social inequality - through front-line placements at non-profits, consultation projects, professional mentoring, and training in agile analysis-design-implementation process.

A volunteer role during Year Here, responsible for using social innovation / design thinking to improve the services and experience of residents at the homeless hostel. I developed a functional system to improve hostel communication and the safeguarding of personal information for residents
