Current- Developed and sold multiple projects including Dream Home Makeover (Netflix), Real Girlfriends in Paris (Bravo), and Confessions of a Crime Queen (Discovery+).- Oversee the development, creation and execution of unscripted and scripted content across multiple genres for both linear and streaming platforms. - Initiate original ideas through internal development and external relationships, partnerships and third-party creatives. - Manage and nurture relationships with executives, talent, producers, editors, casting directors, composers, graphics teams, and illustrators. - Produce pitch materials including decks, sizzles, casting reels, presentations, and pilots. - Manage project transition to production teams to create seamless handoff and maintain creative integrity.
