An Instructional Designer for many learning modalities with a passion for storyboarding. A Highly Effective science educator, experienced in designing, building, and delivering courses with Canvas Learning Management System. I work with teams of teachers to determine their learning needs and develop training to address those needs as Department Head and Instructional Coach. I regularly collaborate with teacher leaders and instructional coaches across the district to determine best practices in leading teams to success. I have proven results in performance outcomes when taking leadership in school site departments, including the largest increase in proficiency scores in the district and highest overall scores in the district. A passion for lifelong learning readies me for new challenges, enabling me to adapt to changing needs and develop skills quickly. Currently building proficiency with Articulate 360 tools, including Storyline and Rise.
