In my role as an undergraduate student at the University of Toronto, I have obtained a strong foundation in both Criminology and Socio-Legal Studies. I have extensive knowledge in law, forensic science, crime and criminal justice and sociology. Employed in the customer service industry for eight years, I developed a variety of interpersonal skills that have taught me how to successfully create and maintain meaningful relationships with customers and all levels of staff.I am confident in my current knowledge and skill sets, and I am always seeking to further develop and maximize them with new careers and opportunities.
