Just completed the three-year Business Administration- Human Resource Co-Op Advanced Diploma at Durham College. I am eager to continue to get hands on work experience in any area of Human Resources, my current expertise is in recruitment, talent acquisition and HRIS.As a Human Resources professional, I'm passionate about becoming proficient with many different computer applications, through continuous learning and practice. I want to continue expanding my knowledge and expertise in full cycle end-to-end recruitment, on boarding, talent acquisition and searching, effective ways to recruit the right candidates, analyzing employee performance plans, and dive into data analytics creating reports and interpreting sets of data. My goal is to continue expanding my platform and build a network of professionals that have similar career ambitions and life goals, creating meaningful connections to continue building my portfolio by increasing my presence in my community at events, professional workshops and professional development trainings.
