I worked at Traveling Tails Inn for almost four years where I spent time specializing in understanding dog language and dog signs. Toward the end, I spent time managing up front on the weekends where I would answer phone calls, interact with customers, and check in/ check out customers. I recently decided to change things up and start working somewhere new. I am now a hostess at Bella Milano in Edwardsville. My job consists of answering the phone, interacting with customers, seating our guests, and making sure that they have a pleasant dining experience. Staying positive and polite is very important. As well as making sure they have everything they need while dining at Bella Milano.
