Senior Client Services Manager
Onclusive recently acquired the Reputation Intelligence business from Kantar. My role as Senior Client Services Manager now sits within the Key Accounts team. I work with some of our most complex clients offering day-to-day assistance for their media monitoring and analysis services. As a Senior Client Services Manager, I also act as an initial escalation point to junior members of the team. Since June 2021, I have been an integral part of training new starters and their continued professional development.

The Annual Fund campaign at Kingston University is run twice a year by Kingston University which involves current students calling the University’s alumni to see what they have done since graduating and then asking if they would be able to contribute towards the Annual Fund. The money raised during these campaigns goes towards improving Kingston University.I was required to work as part of a team to meet personal targets set by our supervisors. This meant that I needed a good knowledge of the causes that the money would be going towards and I needed good communication skills to be able to convince the graduates that I was talking to that they were contributing towards a good cause. Due to having a good knowledge of the causes and being able to easily talk to people, I made one of the highest amounts of pledges during the month.
