A brief story about my work history: I started my career in corporate Learning and Development. While I absolutely loved my work and my team, the commute and the demand were too much to balance with the needs of my growing family. I took a brief pause to focus on family life before rejoining the workforce at a small start up closer to home. Again, my team was great but I was longing for more flexibility. I've finally found my niche with Workplaceless. The flexibility of remote work allows for the work/life integration I crave as a working mom.
