About Megan Eddinger

As the Director of Customer Experience at Workplaceless, my primary concern is the business impact of our learning experiences for our customers. I recognize the importance a learning experience can have in improving organizational culture, remote employee mental and physical health, and remote team cohesiveness. At Workplaceless, we provide scalable and personalized professional development programs for companies who face decreased performance and employee engagement due to a transition to remote work. A brief story about my work history: I started my career in corporate Learning and Development. While I absolutely loved my work and my team, the commute and the demand were too much to balance with the needs of my growing family. I took a brief pause to focus on family life before rejoining the workforce at a small start up closer to home. Again, my team was great but I was longing for more flexibility. I've finally found my niche with Workplaceless. The flexibility of remote work allows for the work/life integration I crave as a working mom.
