I used to work full time as a receptionist at Launceston Medical Centre which was a really hands on job and constantly busy. I would have daily jobs to complete which would involve writing letters making phone calls. I would also be answering the phone throughout the day to book patients appointments for the appropriate time and person depending on what there reason was for coming into the Medical Centre.
