Successes included engaging with nine business groups to gather requirements, review the design and achieve sign-off all within four weeks and developing the draft business implementation strategy before securing my next permanent role with the council.• Project Manager for the Requests for Services project to extend the request for services functionality in SAP CRM. Managed six teams to deliver the project on-time and to budget. The project went live with no open defects from UAT and with 91% of staff reporting that they felt comfortable using the new systems and processes.• SAP CRM Application Lead for the Regulatory Programme introducing SAP CRM to manage customer interactions within the Regulatory areas of council. Successfully managed a team of 13 people in three teams, including staff, contractors, consultants and off-shore resources through all phases of the development lifecycle.• Pathway Application Lead for the initial scoping phases of the Regulatory Programme. Successes included leading a team of analysts and liaising with the vendor to determine the key development changes required in order to successfully implement Pathway for Regulatory processes within very tight timeframes.• Technical project manager for the online authentication pilot using the State Services Commission’s (SSC’s) government logon system, which involved liaising with the SSC, third party vendors, and multiple business units. -
Business AnalystThe University Of Auckland Jan 2000 - Apr 2005• Lead business analyst on multiple projects including the introduction of a web-based Application for Admission, introduction of the National Student Number, introduction of automated processing of NCEA results for admission to the University.• Elected to the international Admissions Product Advisory group, part of the PeopleSoft Higher Education User Group - as a result of my leadership and expertise around process and technology in this sector. • Designed a streamlined process for web application processing eliminating 4 hours of work per day, and successfully designed and implemented a process to enable outsourced application data entry to be brought back in-house saving around $50,000 per year.
